“Jin Jiang” is a well-known trademark in China with a history spanning more than 90 years, tracing back to the Jin Jiang Restaurant of 1935 and the Jin Jiang Hotel of 1951 — a heritage of hospitality that continues in every brand today.

Founded and listed in Shanghai

Shanghai Jin Jiang International Hotels Co., Ltd. is founded in June 1993 and lists on the Shanghai Stock Exchange — B shares (900934) in 1994, followed by A shares (600754) in 1996. It is the first listed hotel group in China.
